Once your subscription begins and services are made available to you, payments are non-refundable.This includes:

Ongoing advisory via email with live sessionsYou may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not refund the current billing period.2. Live Sessions
If your engagement includes live sessions:
Sessions must be scheduled within the current billing period
Unused sessions do not roll over
Missed or no-show sessions are forfeited and non-refundableRescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice.3. Exceptional Circumstances
