Coaching ServicesText/Email Coaching ($97/month) and Video + Email/Text Coaching ($497/month) are billed monthly in advance.Once your first payment processes and you receive access (via email/text or scheduled sessions), that month is non-refundable.You can cancel anytime to stop future billing, but the current month will not be refunded.2. Sessions & AvailabilityFor video coaching clients:
- Sessions must be scheduled within the current month
- Unused sessions do not roll over
- Missed sessions with less than 24 hours notice are forfeited
- Rescheduling requires 24 hours notice3. Exceptional CircumstancesRefunds are only considered for:
- Duplicate charges
- Billing errors
